Shipping Information

Flat Rate Shipping: $7.95 on orders under $55.
Free Shipping: Available for orders over $55.
Processing Time: All stock orders are shipped within 3 business days. You will be notified if your order is backordered.
Shipping Carriers: Orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx, or USPS Ground.

Expedited Shipping: For expedited shipping, please contact our customer service at 1-800-772-4630 with your order number and credit card details ready. Expedited shipping is based on dimensional weight, not a flat rate.

International Orders

Canadian and APO Addresses: We no longer process orders through our online store for Canadian, APO, AK, HI, and PR addresses. Please email your orders to miller@fieldtex.com or call 1-800-772-4630.

Duties and Taxes: All duties and taxes incurred on shipments to Canada are the customer's responsibility. These charges are determined at the border by the Canadian government and are not included in our shipping charges.

UPS: Payment is required upon delivery.
FedEx: A bill will be issued directly to you.
Returns: Any shipments returned due to unpaid duties will incur a 15% restocking fee and a credit minus return shipping charges.

Returns Policy

Stock Products:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Stock products can be returned within 30 days (unopened) for a full refund. Please contact customer service at 1-800-772-4630 ext. 233 with your Order Number or Pack List ID Number to obtain an RMA number.

Custom Products:

Custom products cannot be returned unless there are manufacturing or material defects. For defects or damage occurring during transit, evidence must be provided within 72 hours of delivery.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued as soon as we receive your product. Please allow 3 business days from the time the return is received for the funds to be returned. Free return shipping will be provided only if the product was defective or if you received the wrong item.
