I had sprained my ankle a couple of weeks ago. Needed better support for my ankle than just tape. Bought this and just love the neoprene support. It fit my foot well and I have a pretty small foot. I usually wear a size 5 or 5 1/2 depending on the make of the shoe and this was awesome. I recommend. It's very comfortable.
