The Dyna-Stopper Multi-Purpose Dressing is a must have basic item for all medical emergency kits (travel, home, camping, fishing, hiking, any active sports, etc.). This 3"x5" wound and trauma dressing can be used as is or expanded to 9"x5" to cover more area if needed. It has a non-stick pad, attached gauze plus extra gauze roll to secure pad to wound/burn area. After using one for the first time, I see why EMTs rely on them. Just ordered more to supply all my kits and for family members kits too.

I do like this product. It has: a large non adhering pad that folds out larger; a gauze tail for wrapping; and a loop with another gauze roll to either act as pressure bandage or to pull out and use for another purpose. It's not as sturdy as an Israeli, but I like it for covering larger wounds. And it's inexpensive by comparison.
