So far so good. It�s big enough to hold my O2 tank for work with an interior strap to hold the tank in place. Also has 4 smaller pockets in the main tank pocket. Perfect fit for my non-rebreathers and nasal cannulas. The side pocket is big enough for my BVM, I-Gel, NPAs and OPAs.
