bandages have a plastic backing on one side and adhesive on the other, with an absorbent pad in the middle acting as
the dressing. Each bandage is individually wrapped, so you can take them on-the-go in your backpack/purse, keep them in your first aid kit, or place them around the house.
These bandages should be applied so that the absorbent pad covers the wound area while the plastic back protects the pad and surrounding area from bacteria.
